Regatta Beach Club Post-Hurricane Cleanup

Pool Area Cleanup After Hurricane Helene. Following Hurricane Helene, storm surge from the Gulf pushed fish, sand, pavers, and heavy residue into the Regatta Beach Club pool. E&M Pressure Washing was brought in as a subcontractor to help clean out the pool shell, pressure wash and pump out the sand, and use muriatic acid on the side walls to brighten the finish back toward its original color for a high-visibility commercial property.

Summary

Following Hurricane Helene, storm surge from the Gulf pushed fish, sand, pavers, and heavy residue into the Regatta Beach Club pool. E&M Pressure Washing was brought in as a subcontractor to help clean out the pool shell, pressure wash and pump out the sand, and use muriatic acid on the side walls to brighten the finish back toward its original color for a high-visibility commercial property.

Services Performed

  • Storm surge debris cleanup
  • Pool shell pressure washing
  • Sand and sediment removal and pump-out
  • Muriatic acid wall brightening
  • Post-storm commercial amenity restoration

Property problem

Hurricane Helene pushed ocean surge directly into the pool area, carrying in fish, sand, pavers, and a heavy coating across the inside of the shell. For a commercial beachfront property, that meant more than a dirty pool. It meant a prominent resident amenity needed fast, professional recovery so the property could move toward normal operations and a presentable appearance again.

Cleaning approach

E&M Pressure Washing joined the project as a subcontractor to help clean the pool interior. We pressure washed the shell to break loose storm residue, worked the sand out so it could be pumped away, and treated the side walls with muriatic acid to brighten the finish back toward its original color. The work helped the commercial client move a major amenity closer to usable condition.

Outcome

  • Storm-driven debris, sand, and residue were worked out of the pool shell
  • The side walls were brightened back toward their original appearance
  • A key beachfront amenity moved closer to a clean, presentable commercial standard
  • The property team had subcontractor support focused on recovery speed and visual improvement
